Privacy Policy
All information provided will be kept strictly confidential, including names, treatment details, and all health information. This information cannot be shared with anyone without your express written consent. You will need to give permission to release some information to submit to insurance, like date and length of treatment and amount, etc. should you wish to have insurance pay for your treatment
Direct Billing Policy
Direct billing is available for several insurance companies. Many companies have restrictions on payments, like amounts and maximums payable within a year. Due to these restrictions, it is possible you may have to pay for part or all of your treatment at the time it is rendered. Your massage therapist is not responsible for restrictions of your insurance company. In most cases, your therapist cannot speak to the insurance company to sort out any problems.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments booked online will require a credit card because each booking is reserved for you only. There are a limited number of appointments available each week. Please cancel all appointments at least 24 hours in advance or we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked fee. Appointments not cancelled will be charge 100% of the appointment booked time. Late cancellations do not allow the opportunity to book someone else in. Repeated cancellations close to the cancellation window will result in the inability to book future appointments.
