Therapeutic massage is flexible enough to accommodate your individual needs. Massage therapy combines a number of techniques designed to decrease pain, increase flexibility, and decrease future injury through relaxation. Most treatments also include home care exercises.

External Pelvic Floor therapy can help with conditions such as incontinence, diastasis recti, PCOS, endometriosis, erectile disfunction, prostatitis or prostatectomy, pudental neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, and bladder pain syndrome.
We treat the areas surrounding the pelvic floor including external muscles (like glutes, hip flexors, diaphragm, piriformis, etc) and ligaments to help decrease pain and increase regular function. We treat all areas through the clothes, and teach better movement patterns, activation of muscles, and your treatment includes an exercise plan and practice during treatment.

Prenatal Massage is a nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of mothers-to-be during and shortly after pregnancy. Positioning, pillows and cushions are used to enhance support, decrease pressure and increase relaxation for both body and mind. Mother and baby share in the benefits as stress and tension melt away, leaving you feeling balanced and energized. Relief of stress on feet, ankles, low back and neck, as well as reducing swelling, are all benefits of a Prenatal Massage.
Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Hot Stone Massage Therapy treatment uses heated stones which are used during the massage. The warmth generates a deep penetrating heat. We use oil and basalt stones to work out tension and tight muscles. The result is a calm and relaxed patient following the treatment. This treatment is longer than therapeutic massage therapy because hot stone treatment is a full body treatment. Areas worked: back, legs, shoulders arms hands and neck.
