Amanda Boudreau, RMT
Amanda has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2017 and is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario. She graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2017 and welcomes patients with acute and chronic conditions as well as those wanting to achieve a higher state of wellness. Amanda’s treatment plans are based on a thorough assessment, goals of the patient, and home care exercises. Her treatment methods include myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and Swedish techniques to maximize the health and well-being of her patients. She is also a strong believer in educating patients about the nature of their condition, how the anatomy works together, and how to optimize their recovery by developing good movement habits and implementing effective home-care techniques. She has taken additional continuing education in sports massage therapy, and can help with various sports injuries, or in preventing injuries.
